Samples Missing Yet Again

In my last order, the samples were missing. Now, again, I received zero samples. It's a small thing but no less disappointing. Why offer the samples as an incentive if Sephora isn't actually fulfilling them? I don't get it. I'd rather not be offered the option than have that carrot dangled and then snatched away. Maybe online ordering isn't the way to go?

Same here, 3rd order in a row no samples included. I order online as items I buy cannot be bought in store. Any suggestions?
