Same day delivery

I’m having a very bad reaction to an item delivered today it’s an hair growing serum burning and very bad headache after using and I can’t make it to the store to return how may I return please?

@angeemarie I'm sorry to hear the item you purchased isn't working out for you! As a Same Day Delivery order was placed, the item would need to be returned in store. This is listed in our Same Day Delivery FAQ here:

Unfortunately they wouldn’t help me and I have to try to get someone to the store. with this reaction I wish they’d help further especially elevated Blood Pressure, and the angst it caused but they say that they can’t because of the same day delivery and to contact the company directly to let them know of the reaction. I have but what if it’s not safe for customers here also? Thank you so much for replying to me 🩷
