Same-day delivery went to a wrong address and they refuse to refund

Sephora uses Doordash to be their third-party delivery service, however, the dasher put my package to a wrong door, this isn't their first time, I called customer service twice, they refused to refund. 

 

I don't see any valuable customer service involved in this case, thumbs down!!
