STATUS: Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi, I have placed an order here on 17th Novemeber, I have received an email confirmation and my card has been charged(on the same day right after my order was made). Yesterday I noticed on my order package, there was a section where it said " STATUS: Unsuccessful Authorization" and my package wasn't shipped, it is "pending".

Could you please help me with this?
