Rouge reward expired

Redeemed points for the $100 Rouge reward but didn’t receive the email confirmation. I was dealing with a newborn baby the beginning of 2021 so I completely forgot about the $100 rouge reward so it expired. Customer service was not helpful and was kind of rude. Is there anyway to redeem this because $100 is a lot 🥺🥺🥺
