Rouge Reward Email Blank

Hey All,

 

I redeemed 2500 pts to get the $100 reward.  I got an email but when I click activate it just takes me to a blank screen.  I tried on my phone, and computer, and still nothing.  Does anyone know what the balls I can try next?...
