Rouge Reward $100

I recently exchange 2500 points to sephora $100 gift card.

 

On the confirmation email it says I can use to purchase online or store.

 

I tried to use it online today and getting the message “cannot applied online”

 

I cannot use it in the store because the email didnt come with a barcode.

Ya, I had one of those gift cards. And literally wanted to just exchange a Nars $50 multistick. The cashiers just took it and gave me a receipt. I felt sandbagged because I didn’t know their policy was absolutely no exchanges no returns on the points gift card. I was so upset and blindsided. It was just an honest misunderstanding on my part, I would have just kept it if I knew. Like no big deal -  but they didn’t even warn me before the transaction which was upsetting.

@beautybypri I'm sorry for the confusion. You can use your Rouge Reward online or in our freestanding stores, however your Rouge Reward cannot be applied to Buy Online, Pick Up In Store or Same Day Delivery orders.

Not sure what you mean. I was placing an online order on Sephora app.

@beautybypri There is a code on your Rouge Reward that you can provide in store when making a purchase.

@beautybypri did you talk to customer service? I never had an issue with mine. I got it several times.

I used 2,500 of my points to redeem the $100 gift card as well but I haven’t received an email yet for the code whatsoever.
