Rogue sharing 20% code not working

Hello. My sister shared her rogue 20% off code with me and it tells me “Sorry, this link has reached its maximum redemption limit.” I haven’t purchased anything I know she only shared this link with me. I had a similar problem last year and am disappointed the user experience is the same. Is anyone able to help me? Thank you.

I’m having the issue where I try to hit share code, then it takes me to “referral” page but it’s really just an endless loop where I never see my unique code, any suggestions?
