Rogue member turned to VIB

I was still a Rogue when I checked my account a few days ago, but somehow my account turned to VIB when I check it today. It’s weird because I have the 20% off rogue code for friend and my friend had no problem using the code. When I try to use the YAYSAVE code, the app wouldn’t let me due to my VIB status. Is this a glitch and how can I fix it?

This happened to me as well. I contacted Sephora support and they said that I received the Rouge email by error. Literally overnight my account switched from Rouge status to VIB, the morning of the first day of the sale last week. The support team said that there was nothing they could do and that I'd have to wait for the VIB discount. It's really frustrating.

I’m having the same issues. My account turned to VIB from Rouge when I was at the store yesterday. I gave my husband my 20% off rouge code for a friend and he had no problem using it. When I try to use the YAYSAVE code, the app wouldn’t let me due to my VIB status. Please advise
