Rogue Link Not Working

Hi, a friend sent me her link to get the 20% discount for the sale and she only sent it to me but it gives me "Oops! Something went wrong. Please reach out to the person who sent you the link." What should I do? There is only one link that she has to give me so is there something another way I can access the code? Please help! ❤️

Can you help me too? My friend also says it's not working on her end. It states "Oops, something went wrong." And I checked my email the code is not on there
