Revamp your makeup bag section...

It would be great for sephora to post a new "revamp your makeup bag for under $100" each week/month... you could feature new products, great values and beauty insiders could weigh in on what products should make the cut.  It would also be great because many of us would love to try whole new face looks, but lets face it: we're on a budget!  

For Example, mine would include:

Smashbox High Definition Healthy FX Foundation SPF 15, $38 - such great coverage and HD looks so perfect in all those holiday pics

Kat Von D Shady Bronzer, $22 - for those of us still holding on to our summer glow... or faking it

Stila Smoky Eye Talking Palette - The Emeralds ($72 Value),  (Original Price: $40)$15 - will literally talk you through an edgy smokey eye AND it's on Sale!

SEPHORA COLLECTION Lash Stretcher, $15 - for lashes that just go on... and on... and on...

Philosophy Lip Shine, $10 - Any Color, Any Flavor: there is no way to go wrong with these!

Total cost: exactly $100

I'd love to see what the beauty pros could put together on a budget.  But I bet that the beauty insiders could come up with some awesome combinations... what do you think?

I think that's a great idea!!  Maybe several combinations, for different looks and such, or for different brands, so we can have a selection of bags to choose from.  Maybe if you bought everything on one of the bags' list, you would get a free make-up bag to carry your new look in.  Or a full-sized product.  Something.

So it would be kind of like the It Lists (which I love, by the way), but each list would be a variety of items to get the basics of a certain look down, and the price would total to $100.  If you bought everything on said list of choice, then you'd get a reward of some sort.

I like the sound of this.

I like this idea. Its current with the times. You can get great products without breaking the bank.

I also think the Sephora Collection is a perfect example of this. New, current trends, high performance products with unbeatable prices. I am an avid fan, and use many of their products in my professional makeup kit.

I love this idea! I think I revamp my makeup bag probably too frequently for my budget, but there's nothing wrong with small additions every now and then!

I love the Philosophy lip shine idea -- they're such fun flavors, and I love having them in my purse. (I don't think Philosophy has ever put out a product I wouldn't love!)

My addition of the week was Benefit's Dandelion. How on earth did it take me this long to discover it?! It's the best brightening, touch-of-pink shade for super fair skin. Love!
