Returns to SIJCP without receipt

Hi, I purchased some items on nov 2017 and I really used just one time and stop with that. I don´t know why but the shade and light from kvd give me irritation after using it. I don´t know if I can return it, its been more than 60 day but the product is like new and I dont have the packaging. A friend of mine have a job on sephora and she told that I can return the items even if I dont have the packaging, but she is not sure about the time.
