Returning Item No Longer Sold?? HELP!

Hello there!

I have two Urban Decay items I purchased within the past couple of months. They are completely un-used and still in their original packaging! I would be thrilled if I could return them for store credit to get a new foundation or something I would actually use. HOWEVER there are two problems...

1. I don't have the receipt!
2. They no longer seem to carry these items. I bought them in-store so I know they have carried them within the past 6 or so months. Does it matter know long ago they stopped carrying a product, in order for me to return it? I swear I saw the All Nighter XL spray recently, but according to the site no stores around me carry it anymore 😞
They are Urban Decay All Nighter Spray XL (size) and the Lip Love Honey Lipgloss.

I don't obviously expect a refund but I would like to get store credit (vs exchange) for things I could actually use. Since I obviously didn't like these enough to ever get around to using them! I invested $18 on the gloss and $34 on the Spray, it would be nice to get that back in something I could use now. Rather than having them sit around un-used forever..

Let me know if any of you have had any luck returning items no longer sold! Or returning items no longer sold without the receipt 🙂
