Returned Sephora product 10 days ago in store, still no refund

Hello I purchased a foundation at Sephora last week, 3/19, but had to return it since the pump was broken. I paid with debit and still haven't received a refund up to today, 3/29, even though the beauty insider points I had were deducted after I returned the product. I can't find the return receipts at the moment either.

Is there an estimate as to when I'll get my refund? I've been looking online and most people have been saying 3-7 business days but that's clearly not the case for me.

Hi @Anonymous It depends on your financial institution but it usually posts within 10 business days. I recommend contacting the store directly, so they can look up the transaction for you and confirm the information.
