Return - no email confirmation or refund

Hello,

The tracking of my return says that the order has been delivered almost a week ago, and I have not received a confirmation email yet. This is very important as it was an expensive return. Please help.

Good luck!! I’m going on 2 months waiting on my money to be reimbursed. These people are crooks. I’ve called and sent emails to no avail.

I have been having the same issue. Called for a return report and they told me they would send it to me and then never did!
