Return is still processing over 30 days

I have talked to so many kind customer service representatives who have tried to help, but their is some limitation on the distribution center and my return where it is still processing. It has been over 30 days since it was received on May 10th. I returned it after a regret impulse buy still factory sealed in new packaging, and a substantial amount is sitting on my Sephora Credit Card. This is absurd, I thought it would be easier to mail it back instead of bringing it to my local Sephora as they don't have the item but now I am stuck trying to get help and stuck with the charge. The original email says 10 business days, the first few representatives told me 30 days/4 weeks, and now both have passed and I'm still stuck with no refund.
