Return delivered on 1/5 and still not refund

This is getting ridiculous. My order return was delivered on 1/5 and until this day, no refund has been processed to me. Should I contact my credit card company to file a charge back?  https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=92023901007519000020829294.
