Requalifying for VIB

i requalified for VIB in December (account currently shows VIB status) but i've yet to receive any emails from Sephora confirming such or a 10% VIB Welcome Kit...haven't receieved any VIB emails either since December. does anyone know what sort of notifications Sephora sends out when you requalify for VIB status and how long that takes?

Hi there, 

 

Your account will take 2 weeks to update and you will then be sent the VIB 10% welcome kit, or can pick up a physical kit in store. If you have not received your welcome offer please call us at 1-877-SEPHORA so we can have this resent. Thanks!

They should do it automatically, I would try reaching customer service to ask them about that. I automatically got an email as soon as I became VIB.
