Refund Issue

Hi,

I bought a product in Sephora, returned it maybe less than a week from purchase date. The issue is that when I returned the product, the refund was sent to a card I no longer have (and honestly do not remember at all). I thought the refund was going to go to the original form of payment, but that was not the issue with me.

is there anything I can do to cancel that refund and redirect it to the correct card?

i paid with apple wallet (used my debit card in my apple wallet)

My apologies! If this was an old card, the refund should still post as long as you still have the same bank account. I'd recommend allowing 1-7 business days for the refund to post.
