Redeem points from receipt

Hello! I am also having the same issue. There are a few purchases I've made where I forgot to use my card and haven't been able to figure out how to add the points back using my receipt online.

I also wanted to note, every time I've forgotten to use my Sephora Insider card, the sales associate who rings me up ALWAYS tells me "oh you can just go back online and use your receipt number to add your points to your account." But from reading this thread, and other similar inquiries on the site, this seems to be totally false. Or if it's not, every reply to this query is "I'll send you a direct message on how to do this."

I think it would probably be super helpful if either a) sales associates in the stores stop telling people they can do this themselves online and figure out a way to help us in store or b) someone adds an FAQ on the site that addresses how to do this yourself since everyone seems to have this same issue.

Just my two cents. Anyway, I would appreciate the help in adding my points to my account.
