Redeem points from receipt

I apologize for the confusion! It can take up to 24 hours for the points to reflect your Beauty Bank. If the points are not added after the 24 hours, you are welcome to private message me or any of the mods for further assistance with this.

I just spent $74 at Sephora today. (It was my first time ever in the store) I wasn't asked about any card or anything and when I got home today I signed up online. So how do I add my $74 purchase onto my account, and how do I get a physical card? Or do I not need one?

I'm sorry about that! I'll send you a PM to assist you with this. As for a Beauty Insider card, you can pick one up on your next store visit! Simply provide your registered email address to the Cast Member so they can link your card to your account for you 🙂
