Recent Receipt

Hi Team! I just purchased something and the email receipt is blank. Is someone able to resend it or able to tell me how I can get a another copy ? Thank you! Tika

Thanks for getting back. They stated they weren’t able to reprint it as it was only emailed to me . The email didn’t have an attachment.

I'm sorry for the trouble! I wonder if opening the email from a different Internet browser might help to show the content of the email. Also, you can view your purchase details under Lists > Past Purchases in your account. I hope this helps!

I am sorry to hear this! I suggest that you contact the store where you made your purchase and see if they can print you a new receipt. I hope that this helps.
