Receiving broken bottle

Hi! So I recently ordered some items online and to my dismay I noticed that the inside of the box is somehow wet and when I tried to open the bottle, I realized that it is broken.I'm not even trying to move the bottle even more as it may cause more leakage if I moved it. What I am referring is the SK II toner and it is a pricey item so I am hoping I would get an exchange for this. Been waiting for my orders to arrive for days and ai never thought I would be so disappointed. Sephora should be more careful in shipping their packages.
