Receiving Hearts

Can you explain to me what it means when you receive a certain amount of 'hearts'. Sorry, I'm new to contributing posts on Sephora.

You can return this with a receipt at a nearest Sephora store or just call for Customer Service.

Perhaps I wasn't clear. I was not asking about Sephora's return policy. I was asking what does it mean when a 'heart' is assigned to a post in Community.
