Received wrong invoice with order - other customers info on invoice

So I received one of my orders the other day, and upon opening the package, all the items I ordered were inside plus only 1 sample instead of two. I was about to put the invoice in my shred pile when I looked at it and saw someone else’s information on it. It showed their name and their address as well as their order information. I immediately sent Sephora an email telling them about what happened, and how shocked and uncomfortable it made me. I mean that’s personal information, who knows what someone else can do with it. And if I received this other customer’s personal information, did someone else receive mine? This now has me worried that someone else out there could have my name and address. This is the response I got from Sephora:

 

“Thank you for reaching out in regards to your order information. I am truly sorry that your order slip was not received with your order. Please know that your feedback in regards to this matter is very important to Sephora and I will gladly assist you.

In regards to this matter, I have submitted your feedback in regards to this issue to our team. Our team will review this matter to be certain that it does not happen again. If the team requires any further information, we will reach out to you via email or by phone.”

 

I’m just surprised how it seems like it’s no big deal to them. In the first email they sent me, they said they wanted to assure me my account was safe. Okay, but someone else might have my name and address? That just kind of scares me a little. Am I just overreacting and being paranoid?? I told them they should let this customer know their private information was compromised. No response to that part of my email.
