Received open item??

I just received my order of two Tom Ford fragrances. One is sealed in plastic, but the other has no wrapper at all. These perfumes are always wrapped, leading me to believe that the unwrapped one is not new. Upon opening the box, I noticed fingerprints on the glass lid of the bottle before I had an opportunity to touch it! So someone else opened and used this product before it was sent to me. This is a gift for someone else, and I am not giving them opened perfume.
