Received my PLAY! box today and the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum is nearly empty!!!

I just received my PLAY! box this afternoon and I was very disappointed to see that my Caudalie serum was delivered nearly empty... Not only did it come in a chintzy plastic tube (as opposed to the glass bottle with a dropper that has been in previous boxes), but said tube was  only 1/4 of the way full. I realize that they rarely ever fill deluxe samples all the way to the top, but there is quite literally almost nothing in there.

The first six months or so after signing up for PLAY!, I always received my box without incident. But at this point, I've probably received 3-4 damaged/used/dried out products now. I hope this is not going to become a recurring thing... Any assistance would be appreciated.
