Received damaged palette in online order

Hi ! I ordered many products on june 17 th for my daugther’s birthday The « I Am Divine Palette « by Kat Von D that i receive today 06-19 is broken and my free samples were nowhere to be seen ! I am fairly disapointed as my daughter loves Kat Von D products !
