Received broken tarte twinkle volume 2 Highlighter palette

353BA26E-AA80-4644-B115-E7B9878487C1.jpegHi , I took this out of the packaging and there was highlight powder all over it, I opened it and three out of the four colors were shattered and made a big mess. 

Where can I email to get a replacement / exchange?? Thank you.
