I'm sorry to hear you received the incorrect samples! Please note, substitutions will be made if the samples you selected are out of stock at the time your order is being packed. I understand this may be disappointing and I apologize for your order experience!

@1Yuliya When you check out it states that substitutions may occur.  This happens if the warehouse runs out of stock of the samples you chose.  I have this happen to me a lot.  It doesn't bother me because I am still getting samples in replace of it.  I know some people get angry because they want the samples chosen.
