Rare beauty liquid foundation brush - quality issue

Hi! 

I have a weird problem with my liquid foundation makeup brush from Rare Beauty and not sure how to proceed.

before moving to NYC, I used to live in Singapore.

it’s there where I purchased this brush, a year or so ago.

I used to love this brush until recently, when all of a sudden it started to jiggle and move, as if the brush is getting loose.

I know this can happen at times if the person using them is not treating the tool with care, but this is not the case for me. I’ve always taken good care of my makeup brushes, and have multiple ones, especially foundation, from various brands like Fenty, makeup for ever, it cosmetics, sephora, dior, even some korean brands etc. quite a wide collection. some of these brushes were purchased in 2013 and they are still in perfect condition. I am always careful to not apply any water on any other place but the bristles, so I am very upset this happened just with this brush from Rare beauty.

I tried to contact rare beauty to discuss with them but was told since i didn't purchase the product from them directly they wont even listen. I also didn’t purchase this product from Sephora USA, so i am a bit confused on what to do and also curious to see if anyone else has experienced this issue.
