Rare Beauty Dewy Lip Balm Broken

I own the rare beauty dewy lip balm and never had any problems with it. Until recently, it’s been getting stuck and the product is sinking to the bottom? It’s very difficult to use and I’m wondering if I can get a replacement since there was so much product left in the old one that’s basically unusable now. Hopefully this packaging issue can be fixed by Rare Beauty since their products are lovely but it’s such a hassle!
