RETURNS

Hello! I am returning a product that didn’t work for me. It’s slightly used but without its (product) box - I worry that this could be an issue in getting my refund. Kindly advice. Thanks!

If you are returning the item back to us via mail, it can be sent back to us without the product's packaging/box.
