Question about Refunds

For an online return, what is the 30day policy? Does it have to be postmarked before the 30days or received back by Sephora Returns before the 30days? I returned an unopened/unused product still in packaging, but I don't think it will be received by the end of the 30days window as mail is way slower due to COVID.

The new return policy is a joke. Hope you didn’t get any Christmas gifts cause you’ll be stuck with them.

Essentially Sephora isn’t offering a return policy unless you live near one of their stores. I’m a Rouge member and supposed to get items in two days. It took over 2 weeks for some to arrive. I wasn’t upset about it because I know it’s a pandemic and mail is slow. What did upset me is that they won’t make an exception to their return policy. So I’m expected to be fine with getting a product 17 days after I ordered it and now, even though it’s the wrong shade for me, I can’t return it and get $ back. I won’t order from them again and I’ve been a Sephora customer for over 20 years.

@HanaHaruno It would need to be received at our distribution center within 30 days.
