Purchases Missing

I had emailed about this issue a while back and never got a response. I purchased a GHD Scarlet flat iron, some philosophy products, and a bare escentuals gift set on December 19, 2011 (totaling $305 before tax) and the only item that shows in my purchase history is the BE gift set. I was wondering if I was given the points for the full purchase or just the BE gift set? I know I gave my beauty insider card because I got a 100 point perk at the time. I still have the receipt if it helps.

I made a purchase last weekend for about $350 and used my Beauty Insider card and  it still hasn't shown up. Is that the usual amount of time it takes to show up?
