Purchased a $100 gift card advertised to come with a $20 eReward

There was a promotion advertised on Sephora last week: when you purchase a $100 gift card, you will receive a free $20 eReward. I would never have believed this deal if it weren't advertised on Sephora's website. Since purchasing this on April 29th, I have not received the eReward. I reached out to the gift card customer service three times, first on April 29th when they claimed technical errors and that I'll receive the eReward in 48hrs, then on May 2nd saying I will receive it in 24hrs, and this morning (May 6th) that they don't know when I will recieve it. I'm sure others are going through the same issue. What can we do?

Same here bought a 110$ gift card and never received the egift card of 20$ i did received the egift card of 110$ by email but not the 20$. Let me know if you have any news!
