Product delivered without box and missing a cap. I think it is used?!?

I ordered a bunch of things on. Friday and one item (DE marula tangle spray) was delivered without a box and missing its lid/cap. I think it is a used item?! Pictures it attached. I am very shocked as this has never happened before.

 

I’m not sure what to do as all the stores are closed in my area due to Ontario lockdown and not taking returns/exchanges. I just want to get the proper unopened product. Worried getting it shipped will result in a bad product again. 


can someone from Sephora get in touch with me? Has this happened to anyone else?

Just an update that I got on the phone with a Sephora beauty advisor and they have reshipped a replacement for the item. I appreciate the quick service and help!
