Product Review Concerns

Hi there,


I recently encountered some issues with reviews and I was wondering if anyone could help. I had two beauty insider accounts that I recently merged. I didn't think anything of the 'Community' profile, however now that I have merged my Beauty Insider profiles all of my former reviews have disappeared and I am back to 'Newcomer' status. 


I also spoke with support about the ability to find my reviews in general and got mixed information. Some said that they could help retrieve them, another said that there's no place for me to view my former 'reviews' in general... And now I don't see a place to view my former reviews like there was once upon a time. 


SO my questions are: do you lose your former reviews if you merge accounts? And is there really 'no place' to check your former reviews, anymore? 


I work with a few beauty influencer companies and they require screenshots of reviews for proof of participation. It was SO NICE to be able to easily go back and retrieve reviews, in the past, but now I am not sure if that is doable. What do people do now for something like this? You only see a very small snippet of your review in the text box on the screen so I can't imagine you're actually going back and scrolling thru people's reviews to find them, are you? 


Also, if I'm stuck back at 'Newcomer' status again (which affects my ranking and ability to participate in influencer campaigns, so is equally frustrating...) do you know any ways to get that 'Newcomer' ranking up, quickly?
