Product Leak

I just received my order in the mail, and my cleanser leaked. Although it didn't ruin anything, it's quite sad that some product went to waste. The bottle is made so it unscrews so easily and there is no protective seal or lock to prevent it from leaking. It didn't leak a significant amount so I will still be using it but it's still quite disappointing. Also didn't receive the sample I wanted, I guess they ran out? bummer.
