Price Adjustment

I made an in-store purchase on Tues (11/28) for my christmas gifts that totally $227 BEFORE tax. Two days later, I received an email that they were offering a holiday deal for 20% off all items and 30% off sephora branded items. Seeing as the purchase was made within 5 days, I called customer service to see if I could get a price adjustment and they wouldn't give me a refund! I explained I couldn't return the items as I had already wrapped them but they said there's nothing they can do. I've been a rouge member for at least 5 years and this is literally the first time I've ever called customer service. This is awful! It wasn't weeks later... the purchase was THREE days earlier. Ridiculous.
