I just received my order from 4/10/17 and found out today that the Rouge sale will be next week. Can I get a price adjustment for these purchases? Thanks

When are the emails to go out? I'm a bit confused by this since my sephora in jc penney insists on see email or card and i havent received card. the sale starts for me tues . Are you guys waiting until 24 or 48 hours before the sale?
