@lees24 Points expire if you haven't used your account in over 12 months. If you did shop or pick up your birthday gift or redeem a reward during the past 12 months, then I'd suggest contacting customer service.

@lees24 hey, you have to contact the customer service for that info, i think 🤷‍♀️ hope they will find out why 🤞
