Points refund

For a company that makes millions of dollars in revenue why can’t you refund points on a returned purchase?

No - not at all. I mean on points you already earned. If you return something the points earned should be deducted - but if you used points already earned on the purchases (eg 500 for $10) you should get the points back. If that makes sense. Someone should be able to figure this out technically.

Do you mean getting to keep points on a purchase even if you return the product, @pointsrefund? I would think that would be difficult to do because what would stop someone from buying $2500 worth of merchandise and then returning it, but using the corresponding points to pick up the $100 Rouge Reward (or anything from the Rewards Bazaar). Then they've just gotten $100 worth of merchandise for free.
