Points missing

I was in a store a week and a half ago and made a purchase. I showed the girl my card, and we talked about the double points I would receive.  I checked my account later to see if my points and purchase had shown up on my login, but they hadn't.  I called the store and they said it may take a few days, keep checking back.  I still don't see my points or my purchase.  Is there anyway that you can see if my card was scanned?  I know the double points won't show until October, but my friend used her account the same day and her purchases and points are showing up for her.

2x, 3x, 4x points will be added on October 15th :). If you don't see the points added by this time please let us know!
