Points haven't been added to my account

I made a purchase a few weeks ago in store with my sephora card during the promotion where VIBs get triple points but I haven't seen the points added to my account. I thought I had linked the accounts some time ago so it should show up in my online account but I still haven't seen it.


Can I get some help with this?
