Points gone, account seems to be gone as well

My points disappeared while making a purchase through the app. I clicked on redeem rewards where it only took me to blank page saying goes 'points null'.

After refreshing the app it asked me to sign up for beauty insider when a minute ago I had an active account full of points to redeem.

How can I rectify this issue?
