Points but no product?

I ordered the Tarte 2000 pt set and the points were taken out of my account but I didn't get the set when my order came?

Larger point perks are normally mailed in their own striped box.  If you don't get it within two weeks of ordering I would call the customer service line.  @SarahBethLV
