Points Used Not Me

Hi, 

I moved to TN a while ago and my points where used at Tampa International mall in Florida which I have not been to in over 1 year. The person who made the purchase used 500 points for $10 dollars off their purchase which I had been saving my points for other rewards. How do I go about getting those back as I am now left with almost none. I have the receipt Sephora emailed to me with the last 4 digits of the card used that is not mine and auth number of the transaction. Sadly in the many years I’ve used Sephora as an insider and VIB I’ve never had this issue.
