I just saw on my account that all my points are gone!!! I had over 1,000 points that I have been saving for years! This is not okay at all Sephora. How are we supposed to know that we need to log on to keep our accounts active and our points, during a pandemic?! Not happy at all about this. Please help.

I made three separate purchase all over 50 dollar. Suppose to have 1500 points but it is showing only 500 from one order 220 from some other purchase. I wonder where are my other 1000 points?
