Pick up order cancelled twice not refunded

I've ordered last April 3rd & 5th for pick up and it was cancelled bec the items were out of stock. I haven't received my refund up until now. I used my debit card.

I'm sorry for the trouble! The temporary authorization holds will reverse automatically within 1-10 business days.
